Ms. Marilyn Maloy is an Attorney with Loan Lawyers, LLC.
At Loan Lawyers, Marilyn concentrates on bankruptcy relief for individuals and businesses by helping them to obtain a fresh start or to re-organize their personal lives or businesses while under the protection of the federal bankruptcy code most suited to their financial situation. Ms. Maloy has helped many individuals and businesses secure a brand-new start through negotiation, case management and a sound understanding of bankruptcy laws.
Marilyn received her undergraduate degree from Florida International University with a major in Political Science, where she received a full academic scholarship. She then received her law degree from St. Thomas University, Benjamin L. Crump College of Law.
Marilyn is admitted to practice in all state courts in Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida, the Middle District of Florida and the Southern District of Florida, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Florida, the Middle District of Florida, the Southern District of Florida and in all federal courts of the U.S. Immigration Court under her respective federal immigration bar licensing program.
As a Florida native who was born and raised in Miami, Florida, Ms. Maloy has an interest in keeping the youth off the streets via camping, survival skills training and homeless outreach.
When she is not working, Marilyn is enrolled at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem’s online studies languages program in which she is learning Hebrew and Aramaic, and she is a teacher of biblical studies.
